For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the fc187 online gaming platform accessible at fc187.vip, including all games, payment systems, and support services provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account with fc187 and accesses or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the Platform, identified by a registered Philippine mobile number.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" means the in-Platform balance denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to non-withdrawable promotional funds credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player or credited as withdrawable winnings, distinct from Bonus Credits.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing fc187's gaming operations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

By accessing fc187.vip, creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by fc187, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of fc187 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use fc187, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only on the fc187 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your active Philippine mobile number, date of birth, full legal name, and a valid email address if requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.

fc187 conducts KYC verification as required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide the following documents before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed:

• Government-issued Philippine identification (PhilSys ID, driver's licence, passport, SSS/UMID, or PRC ID)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate not older than three months)
• Source of funds declaration for accounts with high transaction volumes
• Selfie with identification document upon request

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following fc187's request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. fc187 shall not be liable for any losses arising from delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete KYC documentation.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting fc187 support. Upon closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance remaining in the Account after settlement of pending bets will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session on shared or public devices;
• Notify fc187 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Not permit any other person to access or use your Account, including family members;
• Not transfer your Account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings to any other person.

fc187 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. However, fc187 will investigate reports of unauthorised account access and take reasonable remedial action where evidence of a breach is established. fc187 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank (via InstaPay), and cryptocurrency (USDT — TRC-20 and ERC-20, and Bitcoin). fc187 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion with reasonable advance notice to players where practicable.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500 per transaction
• Cryptocurrency minimum: equivalent of USD 10 per transaction

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account balance within 2–3 minutes under normal operating conditions. InstaPay bank transfers are credited within 1 hour. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following on-chain confirmation requirements applicable to the respective network. fc187 shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or force majeure events.

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed to GCash and PayMaya within 30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 1 business day. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals may be delayed pending AML review if transaction patterns warrant additional scrutiny under fc187's compliance obligations.

For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. fc187 reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific payment method and to request additional documentation verifying ownership of the receiving account.

fc187 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, referral rewards, and loyalty programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Bonus Credits are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Credit amount unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Maximum bet per round while Bonus Credits are active is ₱500 unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and other categories may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

In the event of conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

• All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. fc187 does not alter game parameters following certification.
• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. Technical malfunctions that affect game outcomes will be investigated on a case-by-case basis; fc187 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes at its reasonable discretion.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the fc187 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or games;
• Colluding with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code or underlying systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fc187 staff or other players through any communication channel.

fc187 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances in such Account where permitted by law, and report the relevant activity to PAGCOR and applicable law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicence, or create derivative works from any content on the fc187 Platform without prior written consent from fc187. Any unauthorised use of fc187's intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fc187's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player into their fc187 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fc187 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with:

• Service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond fc187's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors;
• Force majeure events including typhoons, earthquakes, power failures, telecommunications outages, or government actions affecting Platform availability in the Philippines or elsewhere.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fc187's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

fc187's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the fc187 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

fc187 may share anonymised, aggregate data with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by its licensing obligations. fc187 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

fc187 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the Platform's notification system and/or by SMS to the registered mobile number at least 7 days before taking effect, except where amendments are required urgently to comply with regulatory requirements, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the fc187 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to fc187's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint.

fc187 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through fc187's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

The competent courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the above dispute resolution process.
